Tire One is a company built on Customer Satisfaction and Service. Our products carry the some of the best warranties in the industry. Terms of Warranties are as follows:

Ride Guarantee

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied, that is why we offer a 2-week, 1,000-mile ride guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you can receive 100% credit towards a different set of tires within the first 2 weeks or 1,000 miles which ever comes first. All you need to do is send those tires back to us and we will issue you 100% credit. In addition, we ask that you have written documentation of when and where the tires were installed if we request it. This program is only available through Tire One dealers.

Road Hazard Warranty

This warranty is available to Tire One customers on Mastercraft and Toyo passenger & light truck tires. This warranty covers a tire when it is damaged beyond repair by some form of hazard in the road. This warranty does not include any repairable run flat, or any damage caused by improper mounting or repair. Also not covered by this warranty is any condition resulting from consumer damage such as improper tire and vehicle maintenance, misuse, or abuse. This warranty is prorated from the time of installation on remaining tread depth.

Mileage Warranty

All of our tires are guaranteed to deliver their written mileage warranties respectively, under normal use. If our examination shows that the tire did not attain this mileage, and proper service procedures were followed, the tire will be replaced on a prorated basis. Tires sent in for mileage adjustment must include the warranty and registration booklet, or a warranty card to be eligible for adjustment.

Mileage Warranty Exceptions:

1. Tires with premature or irregular wear or damage due to improper inflation of tires, misalignment or mechanical defects of vehicle.
2. Tires showing a difference of 2/32nds tread from shoulder to shoulder.
3. Repairable puncture or tires run flat.
4. Tires used on special applications such as, plow trucks, commercial vehicles such as a taxi.

Manufactures Defect Warranty

This warranty covers the following: out of round, tire separation, or appearance defect. Mastercraft warrants the original purchaser that if a Mastercraft tire becomes unserviceable because of a manufacture's defect the tire will be replaced with an equivalent new Mastercraft tire FREE OF CHARGE during the first 25% of tread life. For tires worn more than 25% a replacement charge will be required in order to obtain a replacement tire. Mastercraft also offers free replacement on the Sensys 01 and the Courser HTR all other tires are pro-rated after 25%.  Free replacement on "premium tires" only applies if the warranty booklet is included or the tire is within 25% of wear.  All manufactures defects warranties expire five years from the date the tire in installed.
